What to pack for kids
Long sleeves and trousers (caves are cold), closed-toe shoes, a small water bottle, and a small torch for them to feel like real explorers — even on lit tours.
Age guidance
Most show caves welcome children of any age, but tour operators often recommend 4+ for full enjoyment and 6+ for tours with steps and longer routes.
